The season is dry from November to April and rainy from May to October. Hurricanes are most common in September and October. In general Cuba has a very pleasant climate. Trinidad in Central Cuba is the most visited place in Cuba. There are also excellent stretches of beaches across the north coast, and places like Santa Clara and the backwaters of Remedios to visit.
There are nightclubs, dance clubs, bars, and restaurants and live music venues that you will definitely want to check out when visiting Cuba. There are also great daytime activities for the entire family. Some of them include coral snorkeling, day hiking trips off the beaten path, swimming with the sea life and much more. With all of these, your vacation or trip to Cuba will be enjoyable and memorable.

When it comes to staying in Cuba, there are many different options. You can choose from luxury resorts and budget hotels, to motels that are available throughout the island. Each hotel, holiday complex and airport has duty-free shops selling cigar, rum, Cuban coffee, preserves, craft- work, video tapes, posters, and other products.
Transportation
There are a few options when it comes to transportation in Cuba. The easiest and most efficient way to get around the island is to utilize a rental car service. However, these might be out of some people's budget and many will opt to utilize taxis and other forms of public transportation. A guide who knows the city can be a great asset.
