I want to know when the cheapest time to fly to countries. Is it based upon seasonal activity or just demand for travel at a certain day. I want to fly to Brazil. So, what is the best time to fly and get a cheaper rate for the ticket?

I am planning a trip to Bulgaria this Aug9 and have come across a travel agency called Wholesale-Travel. It appears to offer round trip tickets from GreenBay, Wi to Sofia, Bulgaria for $472. How do I find or do you know if this company is legitimate, or if there is something wrong with these flights because the price is so low?

I am presently bookedon fjight Co255 from West Palm to Newark on Thursday march 18. I am assigned to seat 27F. I am trying to get seat assignments for myself and my husband. We are travelling on Alitalia flight #615 from Boston to Rome, Italy on Oct 5th and returning on Alitalia flight #608 to NYC - Kennedy. I was told to call Alitalia direct but when I do I am put on hold for 1/2 hr at a time and then disconnected without speaking with anyone. This has happened to me 4 times now.
