Kentucky Vacations
Overview
Kentucky, often referred to as the Commonwealth of Kentucky, was originally part of the state of Virginia and became a state on its own in 1792. The state is nicknamed the "Bluegrass State" thanks to the real bluegrass that can be found all over the state in lawns and pastures. The state houses the longest system of caves in the world. In addition, Kentucky boasts two large manmade lakes to the east of the Mississippi River. With all these natural resources intact, Kentucky is a favorite destination for naturists who desire a deep level of diversity in their exploration.
